What we host

Official stock firmware (flash files / stock ROMs) plus the manufacturer's own installation content and our own device-specific flashing guides for 13 brands: Alldocube, Doogee, Infinix, LAVA, Motorola, Nubia, Philips, Redmagic, Teclast, Tecno, Villaon, ZTE, iTel. You can use the firmware to unbrick a phone, fix a bootloop, remove an FRP lock, repair a corrupt IMEI, downgrade, or restore a device to its original factory software.

Why it's free — and stays free

Most firmware sites either paywall downloads or throttle them to sell "premium" speed. ROM Palace doesn't need to. The files are served from Cloudflare R2, which has zero egress fees — so hosting a download costs us effectively nothing no matter how many people grab it. The site is supported by unobtrusive ads, which means the downloads themselves can stay genuinely free and full-speed for everyone.

How we keep the data accurate

Firmware for the wrong model can brick a phone, so accuracy is the whole point. Our rule is simple: we only publish a model name, chipset, or spec when it's verified against a first-party source (the manufacturer's own site or firmware package). If we can't verify a detail, we leave it blank rather than guess — a missing field is always better than a wrong one. Every download is tied to an exact model code so you flash the right file.

Repair & flashing guides

Beyond the files, we publish device-specific guides on how to flash each chipset family — MediaTek with SP Flash Tool, Unisoc with the SPD Upgrade Tool, and Qualcomm via fastboot — plus teardown and repair references. These are written from verified device data, not copied from any manufacturer's confidential service documents.

For developers

Device metadata is openly available through our free API, and AI assistants and search crawlers are welcome to read and cite the catalog. See the developer docs for endpoints.
