Requesting removal
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised agent) and believe material hosted here infringes your rights, email [email protected] with a notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the material you want removed (so we can locate it).
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified material promptly, typically within a few business days, and make a good-faith effort to contact any affected uploader where applicable.
Counter-notification
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your identification of the removed material, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We may restrict access for parties who repeatedly submit infringing material.
